Explore and discover Tavillon
This Journal is used to travel around the Tavillon Region, so you'll be spending a lot of time here. Comment on the journal to move around, encounter Pokémon and find Items throughout the Region!
You start in the area you chose when you joined the Group. And your movements will be tracked from that moment on.
Moving around
All members start out with 5 turns per day. When you're a Nomad you can move a total of 10 turns per day. When you decide to purchase a Bike from the PokéMart, you can double the turns you start out with.
The following things will use up a turn:
Moving to another spot (This includes using the move Fly)
Looking for Items [can be done while moving but not when using Fly]
Looking for Pokémon [can be done while moving but not when using Fly]
The following things will not use up a turn:
Deciding on whether or not to catch a Pokémon
Deciding on the Gender, Delta Type, Relta Type or Hybrid of your caught Pokémon
You may look for Items consecutively. Meaning you can decide to use 4 turns to look for Items. This cannot be done with Pokémon however.
Wild Pokémon
When you encounter a wild Pokémon, you have a choice to either capture it, or to leave it alone. You cannot battle Wild Pokémon (yet). You may only use the Balls you have in your Inventory. State in your adventure that you want to use a Ball on this Pokémon and then a Moderator will let you know if you managed to catch the Pokémon or not. You only have 1 chance of capturing a Pokémon though. So be sure to stock up on some good Balls or Poké Dolls when you go out to adventure.Special Traits on Wild Pokémon
Wild Pokémon have a chance to have a Special Trait. Whether or not the Pokémon you encounter has a Special Trait will be stated by the Moderator who is doing your AdventureWhen you manage to catch a Delta, Relta or Hybrid Pokémon, you will be asked what form of this Pokémon you want it to have. You also have the option to allow the Moderator to choose at random for you when you're having trouble coming up with something. The same goes for the Ability of your Pokémon. You may either choose this yourself, or let the Moderator pick for you.
Cities and Towns
When you're in a City, a Starting Area or in a Town, you can't look for Pokémon or for Items, as they do not appear there. You can only make use of a PokéMart when you're in a City though. Unless you have a Delivery App which will allow you to make purchases from any place in Tavillon.
When you want to visit a Member's shop, you need to be in the town they're in. As long as the Member which shop you're visiting has a Pokémon at their farm, you will be able to purchase Items from them.
Special Areas and Interacting with them
Certain areas in Tavillon can only be accesed by making use of a special Move or the use of an Item. Before you can make use of a TM, your Pokémon needs to have an approved reference sheet.Surf:
You can access Routes 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 and Victory Isle with this move. Be sure to have a Pokémon with this move when you want to get to these places.
Rod:
You can decide to fish in Route 21, 22, 23 and 24 with the use of a Rod. You can use the Rod by standing on a Route, Town or City which is adjacent to one of the routes states above. So you don't need a Pokémon with Surf to be able to use your Rod. Different Pokémon can be found by using the Rod, so be sure to pick one up if you want to catch them all.
Dive:
You can enter Routes 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32 and 33 when you have this move. A lot of different Pokémon and Items can be found here, so be sure to pick up this move when you want to explore new areas!
Fly:
Using Fly, you can go to any City, Town, Route, Path, or Starting Area of your choice. You can even go to Victory Isle! The only places you cannot fly are routes 21 through 33.
Autumn Roaming Epics!
With Autumn falling over Tavillon, a few Seasonal Epics have appeared in the region as well!
For the rest of the season, you'll have a chance to encounter these roaming epics while adventuring, but there's only one available of each kind!
Season changes on December 1st!
Then the Epic Weepinbell will move along...
Epic Cornucopia Weepinbell are Grass/Normal/Fairy/Ground type.
Ability: Nature's Bounty.
Adventuring Use: Gives 25% chance of finding a berry twice.
